we got a last minute reservation in the yurt. what a lovely experience. We arrived after hours but the host was extremely helpful and kind. the main house is dated but just a beautiful location.

it was easy to find right off the highway. The check-in was excellent and the staff, Jim, was very friendly and helpful. There’s a good restaurant just a few steps away. The Wildberry was excellent food. The grounds of the lodge are beautiful. The room is beautifully decorated and comfortable. It is a treat to be here.

Close proximity to Paradise area in Mt Ranier Natl Park. Quiet, safe neighborhood. 2 restaurants nearby. It’s an older property so expect everything inside to be old, too, which is fine it gives it its own charm, cottage feel.

Alexander’s Lodge is cute and quaint! Conveniently located right outside the Nisqually entrance at Mt Rainer National Park. It’s the perfect, quiet getaway. Would definitely visit again!

The hotel is over 100yrs old. I loved the idea of the history of the Inn. We were on the third floor( with no lift but we knew that coming in) with a nice view of the fish pond in the back yard. This made a nice hub while visiting the park. They had wifi, cable tv and dvd player with several dvds to view in the parlor area. I really enjoyed sitting by the pond at night and watching the fish. This is not a chain hotel and I was ok with that. We had a great time and would stay here again if we ever find ourselves back in WA.

Had to leave property. Checked in late and once checked in their we're bugs everywhere inside and no AC. Conditions were so bad that we ended up not staying
