Nice property with clean rooms. Very nice staff. Washer and dryer are a nice touch but small. Walkways contained lots of debris, and should be maintained better. Air surrounding the establishment was often polluted by marijuana. Hopefully, this isn’t the norm because we would consider returning.

Nice rooms. Huge bathrooms/shower/jetted tub. Good sized separate bedroom. Full kitchen. More like a timeshare unit than a hotel room. Balcony off the living room was great to sit outside in the morning and evening. Location and proximity to the Biltmore was perfect. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Our stay was still a great time despite the rain throughout the week. Staff is informative and polite. The room was completely clean and furnished. The wifi did went out for a couple of hours but no harm on that. Would definitely come back for the stay

At some point, I'm sure it was an especially nice property. I was expecting a higher-end experience. The location was great. The price seemed lower than one might expect. My biggest complaint is that it wasn't clean. The plastic utensils were greasy. The glasses had old lipstick on them. The carpet was stained. The livingroom television didn't work. There were mosquitos in the room. The entrances to the unit were unsightly with rust stains.

This place is just great, with large rooms and nice beds. It has a nice kitchen with about everything you need to prepare anything you want. Location is in a good spot to get to and from. Big thanks to the hotel employees who were very nice!

If you're looking for nice accommodations while you're traveling through Asheville this is a cozy place to stay. The location is very convenient to shops, restaurants, Biltmore Estate and other places to sight see. The staff was excellent. They made you feel right at home. The only negative that I can say is the rooms are clean but definitely needed to sweep. The floors had dirt in the kitchen area and in the bathrooms. Maybe, the maid service forgot that step. I understand they have a lot of rooms. Also, the second bathroom was nice and big and had all of the conveniences of home, except the shower wouldn't drain properly so you were standing in water until you finished. Overall, it was nice and cozy.

This lodge was our home away from home. It was quiet and clean and spacious and had all amenities we needed. The staff was helpful and friendly. Definitely will stay here if we get back to Asheville.

Clean and very spacious. Was the perfect place for us to chill for couple of days, do laundry (after being on the road a couple of weeks). Easy to drive to downtown. Would happily stay here again, especially if wanting a kitchen and laundry.

The shower drain was very slow to drain, patched holes left unpainted in the room, and the hot tub was listed as an amenity but was roped off and unable to use. The property was convenient to downtown Asheville and the 2 bedroom suite was a great layout.
