We have been staying here for 12 years! Amazing property, so much to do nearby, and 10 mins from downtown Asheville! The cottages are quaint and cozy, with everything you need. Our boys loved running around the backyard, using the swings, and hanging out on the porch! The owner and all the staff are what makes this place special too! Feels like home away from home. We will never stay anywhere else!

Very clean. Nice decor - cheery colors combined with old appliance's. Propane heat - seemed to run out morning of departure. Near main roads with no air conditioning so might be loud in summer. TV, toaster, shade in bathroom - didn’t work. Staff very nice but absent. Overall pretty good for the price.

Beautiful & simplistic cottage. I absolutely loved the property. I stayed in #4, that had a private fire pit and grill in the backyard adorned with string lights. I highly recommend for a cute little weekend getaway. My only con is that the wifi is kinda spotty so if you have a mobile hotspot bring it.
