This was the best B&B I've enjoyed in recent memory. Their breakfast was great, the location was convenient, the management was friendly and attentive! Also, if you are in Asheville with enough time, don't miss visiting Biltmore (very close to the Sweet Biscuit Inn). It took most of the day to see the house, grounds and winery, but it was totally worth it - especially at peak tulip bloom!

The Sweet Biscuit is a great little property located in a quiet residential neighborhood. It is close to downtown Asheville and the Biltmore area. The rooms are clean and nicely decorated. The breakfasts were stellar - excellent food attractively presented. The owners and staff did a very good job. We would certainly stay here again when visiting Asheville.

The Sweet Biscuit Inn lived up to its name! The property was lovely and the room was wonderful. We stayed in # 5. The view of the front lawn and gardens is beautiful and so peaceful. Our recent five-day stay at the Sweet Biscuit Inn was a perfect match for our planned site sightseeing of the area. Susan and John are most gracious hosts, and the Inn is quite charming. Sweet Biscuit Inn is in a quiet residential area with quick access to Biltmore Estates, Downtown Asheville, and the Blue Ridge Parkway. The large front porch was a great location for morning coffee and an evening glass of wine. Breakfast, prepared by John, was an absolutely spectacular feast.
