The front desk staff were so friendly and genuinely seemed like they enjoy working at the hotel. Our room was clean and comfortable. Loved having a little kitchenette! Breakfast was tasty and the location was convenient just south of all the main attractions in Asheville. Would stay here again!

The hotel was charming. It felt like an old mountain lodge and not like a chain hotel. The service was over and above the standard hotel from the friendly staff to the nice touches like snacks, bottled water and the personalized note with chocolates left on the bed.
