Wonderful lodge. Rooms are large, kitchen with full fridge, very handy. Wonderful gardens and outdoor sitting areas. They do allow pets so we did have a barking dog next door. But otherwise great stay.

It was an okay place. There was a small kitchen, but it was very slimly equipped. We had problems with the toilet cutting off and problems cutting off the shower. Breakfast was okay and the staff was friendly and helpful.

We got on Expedia and were able to get a room in an hour of our stay. When we arrived they had written our name on the key exchange and had chocolates on our pillow with a very nice note from management. Our room was clean and tidy! The entire hotel was quiet and very clean. We were very pleased with our short stay! A great in between stop from Owensboro KY to Wilmington NC.
