Loved our stay everyone on staff was so friendly and they went above and beyond. Would absolutely stay there again. Rooms are clean and housekeeping comes daily if you choose. Great location in downtown.

Check-in was smooth. Our room was ready early which was a plus! The hotel was in the perfect location to walk to shops and restaurants while having a great bar on site to grab a drink before dinner. Hotel staff were friendly and helped us celebrate our anniversary with a complementary bottle of champagne!

Overall an excellent stay. The hotel was clean, well-appointed and secure. The elevators are especially safe and efficient with the use of the room key to enter the elevator. The coffee bar each morning and happy hour each evening was an added perk.

Great hotel that is very dog friendly, providing treats at check in and a warm welcoming staff. They even offered to loan us a dog bed! Great bar and patio. The suite was excellent with tons of storage and a spa bathroom.

First time in Asheville, and glad we picked this hotel for our stay. Great location for walking to great restuarants and bars. The valet parking was very convenient when went on day trips. Room service also very good. We didn't dine at restaurant, but appreciated coffee bar in morning and the bar had good cocktails for a nightcap!

We spent 3 nights at the Kimpton (Asheville) over the 2026 Labor Day weekend. We were impressed with many things about this hotel, including: the convenient downtown location, delicious meals at the Bargello restaurant, the staff at Bargello were attentive and friendly, the front desk staff was friendly and efficient, and the decor of the hotel was pleasing. In addition, we never waited very long to get our car from the valet and we were always offered fresh bottled water because it was hot weather during our stay. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.

One of the best hotels I've stayed in. Very much worth the price. Hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. There was a little bit of road noise, but it died down around 10pm. The elevators are operated using your room key and a touch screen, which took some getting used to. I can't wait for my next trip to Asheville so I can stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was excellent and the entire staff were very nice. As many restaurants as there are in Asheville, we found the restaurant and bar at the hotel to be top notch. We will definitely visit again!

This hotel is beautiful and centrally located. Parking around the block is pretty easy if you don't wish to use the Valet. The hotels built in security made me feel safe as a solo traveler. The food options in the area were all wonderful. The front desk was incredibly helpful. I would definitely stay here again.
