The staff of the hotel in ballet were wonderful. His room comfortable and really nice. The location was convenient to walking around downtown Asheville. Really glad I stayed here. To top it off the bed was extremely comfortable!

The staff went out of their way in so many ways; changing rooms so as to be away from traffic, serving wonderful individually-prepared breakfasts (which were excellent), helping with directions and finding and returning a lost item and arranging for it to be returned to us by mail.
