Never cleaned up property grounds after flood in October. No place to walk my dog. It’s surrounded by flooded out buildings. The hotel itself was fine and the staff were excellent. Breakfast was poor.

Hotel was very clean, good breakfast, and great location relative to the rest of asheville. The lobby, gym, washer/dryer, and breakfast area are all on the second floor so weren't affected by the hurricane. The walkway into the hotel had a bunch of plywood scaffolding as of late February 2025, but that was the only damage I saw to the structure. The rest of Biltmore Village has a lot of damage still, but I felt safe here and loved the 4 minute drive to the Biltmore, and 8 minute drive downtown. I plan on using this hotel for my wedding block in October!
