The hotel looked brand new, smelled great and was very quiet. The bed was very comfortable. The room was a little dark and the room we got had nowhere to put a piece of luggage but we told the front desk and she said they would work to get a luggage rack in the room and more lighting. Also a little disappointed that we had to pay for coffee in the lobby. Other than that, Our stay was great and comfortable. The hotel has a modern, sleek look and feel which sometimes is a little inefficient. All in all, we had a great time and would stay again.

)Our stay was wonderful! A special treat was Yamil who worked the front desk. He was personable, accommodating and enthusiastic. He understands customer service. The hotel is currently going through a major change and the staff is working hard to make sure guests are being cared for properly. Thank you Yamil!!!

At first I was disappointed that there was no microwave in the rooms with having children . However the front dest workers were amazing. And we were aloud to use the mircowace downstairs. I didnt catch the workers name at the front desk, while we were in the gym , he brought us cold waters and very helpful to whatever we needed. They are still remodeling the hotel , however it was no bother to us. We had a great stay overalls.
