New property, conveniently located on NW side of Asheville. Easy to find, plenty of parking, big room, comfortable bed. Decent breakfast, easy and fast checkin and check out. Friendly and helpful staff. Good wifi, lots of outlets and USBs in the room. Large bathroom. Clean. Pretty much what you expect and want from this hotel class. No disappointments, and would stay here again.

Would be great if the pool worked.

Great hotel, very nice and fairly new. Only problem was that the pool was not working. They said they were working on the problem but we were not able to use it. They should come down on price for this issue. The add states a pool, and you are charged the price INCLUDING the use of the pool. Take the price down for not being able to use it.

This was our first stay but won't be our last! The room was very clean, quiet, and conveniently close to our local family and friends. We only stayed one night and didn't use any amenities, but we look forward to coming back for longer.

The hotel was lovely. It was worth it. You can tell they did a great job in re doing the hotel. The only thing I didn't care for was the water pressure wasn't that great. However as long they keep the hotel up I would revisit it and highly recommend this property.

This must have been a newly opened hotel because it had that fresh new smell. The room was huge, the bathroom well lit and large, the beds very comfortable to sleep in. Most hotels the beds look nice, but usually disappointing. The common theme of this trip was all three hotels had great beds to sleep in.

Did not feel like a new hotel.

For a new hotel it felt very worn down already. Stains on chairs and the floor in our room, paint chipping off walls. Floors tiles were chipped in the lobby. When we made it to our room we noticed we did t have a shower curtain. We were given a new one but we think it was too small for our shower. It barely hit the top rim of the bathtub. We had to kill a few bugs in our room. Plus the pool is out of commission, but nowhere did it tell us that as we booked our room. Our kids look forward to swimming. Staff was all very nice though, from the front desk to the ladies doing the breakfast. Everyone was very friendly and willing to correct any issues, if they were able to.

Made reservations 2 weeks in advance. Drove up to the property. It's still under construction! Not even open! Graduation weekend and we had to scramble to find something else. Called Expedia and they said they needed to speak to someone at the hotel to verify they aren't open! Absolutely horrible experience. NO REFUND. Will never use Expedia again.

We checked in at 9pm. The neighboring room had two people that were talking at a normal volume and we could hear each word distinctly. Yes, we should have asked to switch rooms right then but figured they would be asleep soon enough. The TV in their room was on at 10 pm when we went to sleep. It stayed in until 4:55 am. Heard every single word from the car commercials and whatever they were watching. I could not fault the people. The television was not loud and they should be able to talk and watch TV, such as they did, without the room next store hearing it all including coughing and snoring once they finally slept (early morning). I talked to a very sympathetic team at the front desk who shared they hear this complaint “all the time”. The building was supposedly rushed in completion and corners were cut so that the owners of this franchise could start making their money. In fact, the pool isn’t even completed. The front desk could not offer me a refund because I booked through Expedia. I will take this up with them but something for all of us to be aware of. Are you listening Expedia? Bleh……..
