Way less expensive than staying 500 feet up the road on the main drag, with free parking. Staff is friendly and excellent, room was clean and comfy. Apparently, they will be going through major renovations in the year to come that I would definitely stay here again as is, any day. Not fancy, but easy and perfect.

The only hotel in downtown Asheville with free parking, in my knowledge anyway. Everything in downtown is walkable. Our room was very clean and cozy. The bed was comfy, no complaints. The shower head was not adjustable or movable, which was a bit weird but it didn’t bother us much. Staff were very friendly, especially the cafe staff. Definitely recommend this hotel for its convenience and price.
