Very nice hotel. Rooms are a good size. Staff is very friendly & helpful. We got locked out of our room at 12:00am told the receptionist & he went right to our room & fixed it.

Beautiful place

We stayed the night and it was a great experience. The hotel is beautifully done and walking distance to museums, restaurants and bars. We will definitely be back!

A very cool place! The decor was unique and the staff was friendly and helpful. They even offer you a glass of champagne or water upon check in which is the perfect start to a wonderful stay!

Very beautiful building. The bar area and grassy area out front with the chairs were nice. The showers in the morning lacked full hot water. The linen on the bed was worn enough to have holes in them. The plugs in the lamps did not work. Overall, 4/10 stay for the price of the hotel.

Beautiful property. All staff went above and beyond. Bartender Tre was fantastic snd fave is great recommendations. Had an excellent breakfast with friendly service. Bartender / manager in Benne on Eagle was knowledgeable and friendly !

No pool

So you know there is no pool despite Hotels.com website indicating there is. The front desk attendant said yes they have heard that but don’t know how they can rectify with Hotels.com. We had a very disappointed kid.

We took our dog for a walkable trip in downtown. The property is very appealing and clean. The only option for parking is valet, which was easy and prompt. The food service staff and housekeeping staff were both friendly and professional. The room was quiet, our request about room location was honored, and we were provided everything we asked for from the staff. This is undoubtedly the best hotel in downtown Asheville.

Stayed for one night at this gem of a hotel with my son earlier this week. Staff was excellent, very friendly and helpful. Location was convenient, less than a 5 min walk to many dining choices. The room was very spacious and even if I wanted to find something to complain about, there’s literally nothing negative I could think of. If you’re in the area, definitely give them a try.
