The hotel was beautiful. Very attentive staff and fun amenities. We loved the speakeasy downstairs and the restaurant off the lobby, Luminosa, was Devine! Super convenient that there’s a cafe on the rooftop for an early coffee, too.

Fabulous downtown location with outstanding service above and beyond! From the valet, checking in, housekeeping, the restaurant servers, and management are all caring, friendly, helpful, and genuinely nice people. Special touches are left in the immaculate rooms, as well as, recognition in the hotel restaurant, Luminosa, for for special occasions like birthdays and anniversarys. Love the beverage station on each floor and fascinating historical notes for the hotel restoration. For a former office building in the shape of a flat iron and now a hotel, some rooms are a little tight but the beautiful views make you quickly forget! Treat yourself to a great stay in Asheville...we are already planning our return!
