The motel was an older one and nothing special. It was comfortable and clean plus there was a small pool. The free breakfast was minimal but at least they offered something. The location was excellent! We were able to walk to the things we wanted to go to within a 15 minute walk or less. I’d stay here again.

The only good things I can about the property is that location is good. Easy to walk to restaurants and shops. The bed was nice and comfy enough. However the building is a disaster. It looks like it should be condemned. We stayed two nights and I was looking forward to leaving that place.

This property is exactly as others have described the building on the exterior looks to need some help but dont let that fool you, inside the rooms are prestine, the staff is super friendly, and the location is in prime walking of downtown. I would absolutely stay here again.

Check in was a breeze as the 2 ladies at the front desk were helping customers in a timely and organized fashion. Our room was clean and did not have any funky smells which is always a plus. The Downtown Inn & Suites is an older facility but it is kept clean. The bed was fine and our room met our needs for our stay.
