The property is in sore need of a refresh. I gave DoubleTree a direct review stating that I don't trust the brand anymore due to the state of this facility. Sad!!

beautiful hotel with plenty of room to explore and hang out. Breakfast was not included $12-$15 pp/p day. Room was clean with plenty of room. conveniently located close to Biltmore Estate and many breweries. Would def recom. staying here

The best thing about this hotel is the staff. They are very professional, informative, attentive, and helpful. The overall hotel is nice. The room is a bit small and not quite a nice as the rest of the hotel. But it served our needs just fine. We would stay here again.
