The Courtyard Marriott was excellent! Great location close to town. Walking distance to a great coffee shop. Room was a good size, bed very comfortable and had a fridge and microwave. Friendly staff and even called me the first night to ask how my stay was going and if I needed anything. One elevator was being repaired so a bit slow getting down to lobby.

The design of the room was ideal - lighting use was well-thought out - switches were convenient, plenty of light. Micro/refrig/coffee machine within one suite -great. Placement of mirrors was terrific - including both sides of the closet door. A/C was good. Bed was a bit unsupportive (room 505). Shower was strange - lacked a door, overspray became a bit messy. Very clean room, halls, stairwell. No "hotel smell" anywhere. One of 2 elevators was not working the 5 days we were there., making it a bit inconvenient.
