From the moment we walked in we were greeted by friendly staff. Check in was very easy and they even offered to share some good places to eat. The room was very very clean. We stayed 5 nights and this was one of the best hotels I have stayed at. It is on a busy road with lots of traffic but also is very easy to get to the Biltmore Estate that we wanted to tour. Can’t wait to come back here again.

The breakfast was great. Check in was amazing and the staff was friendly. My only complaint was kids running up and down the hall waking me up at 12:45 AM. My room was clean and the facility was extremely clean. The lady in the breakfast area was absolutely fabulous! Such a sweet hard working person with so much appreciation for everyone there. She is one of the reasons i would return there. She was absolutely amazing. overall this place was great and I would stay here again but would not want a room near the elevator.

Beds were very comfortable. The room was clean and only thing wrong was in the shower there was mold (not much) on the top which could have been cleaned resealed to look nice. A simple thing could have gone far.
