I was really pleased with this location. The beds were amazing, the rooms are super comfy and cozy, it’s convenient and staff was great! The only thing I noticed was that considering it’s such a new location the tub could’ve been cleaned better, other than that I had no other concerns. I would book again!

The room was clean. If you like more of a firm mattress you’ll like theirs. The breakfast selections could have been better (they have yogurt, bagels and cereal). No hot breakfast options. The doors to the rooms slam shut so it can get loud. You can’t hear neighbors in the next rooms but if kids are running in the room upstairs you can hear it. Staff was very polite and helpful.

I stayed for 4 nights. The hotel was clean and the bed was comfortable. The only issue was my booking through Expedia. It does not appear that the hotel employees understand how to handle these reservations. It was an issue when I first checked in and then a day later. I saw another guest having issues as well. If booking through Expedia stay at your own risk.

Overall, our stay was ok, but we will plan to stay at another hotel next time we’re in the area. The hotel itself has a smell that wouldn’t leave. I assumed it was whatever they clean with. They need to replace the pillows as well. Also, be aware they charge $75 PER pet PER night if you take a pet. The location of the hotel is great though.

Room was awesome—clean; thoroughly modern communication system on the smart tv and my smart phone. (I suspect that’s not a new thing. New to me…) The front desk staff were great—took care of my requests without making me feel stupid or like I was bothering them. For a woman of my age (79) that’s a rare feeling and one I won’t soon forget. And the breakfast options met my needs and those of other folks I met there. I sat in a rocking chair with my book and coffee. How fun!!

The halls are carpeted making for quieter rooms. The room was clean, comfortable and the hotel is located close to the interstate in a safe location. My complaint was previous reviews mentioned a wonderful breakfast. It was a continental breakfast with cold water to make a bowl of packaged oatmeal, store bought bagels, and some tangerines. I would rate it - poor.

Hilton didn’t spend much on this new Spark. It was extremely ‘minimalistic’, no drawers, no towel bars, we had no lotion in our room. It looked like there was a ‘bracket’ for it next to the soap, the toilet paper was VERY thin & we had 3 tissues in our tissue box. The bed was comfortable & linens were nice. The Staff were OK
