Great location in town. The rooms have all the things, microwave, fridge, safe and coffee maker. The down side is they replace towels daily, BUT no cleaning, no making of the bed, disappointing. The valet attendants are amazing and they provide a great service.

The staff and restaurant was great. However, when we arrived in our room the bed pillows had several hairs on them. I called the front desk and they promptly sent hospitality to resolve. We had no other issues during our stay. We loved also the convenience of everything being within walking distance too.

Great stay! Customer service was amazing and the location is in between everything. The only downside were the wash cloth’s were worn and there was no free breakfast when the snow storm hit. There are plenty of great places to stay in Asheville - this is a great building- the employees were excellent at making their political beliefs known - so bad experience. Having a front desk draw parallels between their perception of my economic status to my car was awkward, and they’re clearly lacking in formality and basic etiquette. Perfect staff for a commune but would rather have employees than activists as service people ant any hotel, this one included.
