We stayed for days never put up the do not disturb sign and never had anyone come bring clean towels or change garbage never even asked us We had to go ask for towels and they gave us pool towels

The room smelt damp and the bathroom in particular was not in great condition. There were many brown marks across the walls and there is an edge running along the bottom of the bath which was thick with dirt. We also had people walking in front of our room throughout the night and this continued the entire time until early morning. It felt very uncomfortable.

The rooms have doors that are to the outside like a motel, so if you don't like that, something to keep in mind. A bit expensive for a motwl-like room. The bed was really hard, and lots of noise from the main road but the lady at the front desk was a gem! They also have a on-site Mexican Restaurant which was lovely and convenient. Gas station and a Waffle House within walking distance which was nice.

The staff was amazing - some lost their homes and were staying on site. I was in town to asst with clean up in the mountains - Staff was gracious and helpful - even under personal loss and stress. Convenient to hwy and restaurants that were open in the area.

Older motel-style hotel located at a busy intersection but room was quiet. Breakfast bar options were plentiful and hot and tasty Loved the Mexican restaurant onsite - delicious and fairly priced.

Because I booked with hotels.com they put me on the second floor they discriminated against me if you booked with hotels.com or any other third party they put you on the second and third floors even if you have a handicap like I do that requires me to be on the first floor she said nope you're going up on the 2nd floor the manageramy was horrible the hotel was nice the staff was nice including Ricky who was very nice
