Stayed in the Masquerade tower. It felt dated but clean. Super spacious room, and loved the dual sink layout, with one in the bathroom & one outside of it. All the lights worked well, no burned out bulbs. The window from the bedroom into the bathroom/shower was....odd. We know it's Vegas and all but that was uncomfortably awkward. Free parking & easy access off the freeway were big pluses, but the resort fee is higher than other megaresorts in Vegas, reducing part of the benefit, but we still appreciate the simplicity & ease that free parking provides. It was slightly confusing upon driving in as to where exactly we were going & which parking to go to - signage could be revised & refined a little bit, but we ultimately got where we needed to go. Bed was comfortable and pillows varied in firmness, and I ended up with one of the best hotel pillows I've ever slept on (personally I like firm pillows that maintain their support). Check in wait was acceptable & pleasant interaction w/agent. Checkout line was also short - only 5 people in front of me, but with only 2 agents working and everyone seeming to have something other than basic checkout, it took about 20 mins. A 3rd agent came by, offered water & other checkout options and was very pleasant as well, but I would've preferred another agent or two working the desks to move the line quicker & eliminate the need for the water in the first place. Ended with that not so great taste in my mouth but overall was a good stay.

My husband and I came to Las Vegas to celebrate a friend's 50th birthday. After our flight was delayed three times, we didn't arrive at the hotel until 3:00 a.m. on Friday. During check-in, the front desk employee specifically asked if we wanted housekeeping service during our stay, and I clearly said yes. On Friday morning, we left the room expecting housekeeping to service it while we were out. When we returned that evening, the room had not been cleaned. I called Guest Services and was told that I had declined housekeeping for my entire stay, which was completely inaccurate. They apologized, said they would correct the issue, and promised service would begin the next day. They also offered to send towels to the room. On Saturday, after being out all day, we returned to find that our room still had not been serviced. When I called Guest Services again, the representative hung up on me. I called back and was transferred to another department, where I was once again told that I had declined housekeeping for the entire trip. They offered to send more towels and promised housekeeping would start the following day—Sunday, our last full day. My husband and I went out to eat and returned, but the towels never arrived. I then went to the front desk in person, where the employee repeatedly insisted that I had declined housekeeping services, despite my explaining multiple times that I had not. He assured me someone would bring towels immediately. An hour later, we were still wait

Everything was really good, but the check-in process with our car was difficult. You have to pull up front and that’s the valet line and there wasn’t anywhere to just pull up front to unload the luggage.

**Treasure Island Has Seen Better Days** Treasure Island may have been a four-star hotel 20 years ago, but it definitely does not feel like one today. At best, it feels like a three-star property with nothing particularly special about it. The casino floor was surprisingly empty, with only a few tables open. Dining options were also very limited compared with other major Las Vegas hotels. The property seems to upcharge guests for everything. They wanted $30 for an early check-in even though our room was already available and we arrived less than an hour before the regular check-in time. This was the first time I have ever been charged under those circumstances, and it felt ridiculous. The room itself was dated. The air-conditioning system was old and did not even have a digital thermostat. The towels were extremely thin and felt cheap, and the bathroom products were low quality. Overall, the room and amenities did not match what I would expect from a four-star hotel. I would place Treasure Island in the same general category as Excalibur, Luxor, and Circus Circus. I would not recommend staying here. Pay a little more and stay somewhere newer and nicer. Unfortunately, I needed to stay as close to the Wynn as possible, and since the Wynn was sold out, I decided to roll the dice on Treasure Island. Major fail. Never again. They should demolish and build something new - just like they are doing with the Mirage property.

Excellent location near Times Square, and our family of five all loved the daily breakfast buffet!
