“Room was very clean and staff were very helpful and understanding, I will definitely return if I ever get to be back to Hastings”

“Perfect getaway from London with the Sever Sisters a short hike away. The pub is nice and if their kitchen is closed, there’s a Thai place across where you can order take out”

“Great location, staff was very friendly and cooked us a very tasty breakfast. Room was comfortable, clean and nicely decorated. Street parking was very full so had to park one street away but promenade and restaurants are all within walking distance so no need to move the car after securing a spot.”

“Excellent location and breakfast”

“We had a lovely stay in the downstairs large room, waking up to the view was a treat with lots of hills & countryside. Our host was great, very friendly, chatty & helpful. “Good. Room very small for 3. But very clean, close to downtown and train station as expected”

“Very friendly and well run guest house. Free parking is possible in some side streets. At the quieter end of the town but bus stops nearby and buses run fairly regularly into town. Have stayed here many times and never had any issues.”
