Good location.

We love the location walking distance to the Arringo Square and Piazza del Popolo. Lots of restaurants and it was market day in the square. Bed was comfortable, clean, spacious room and bathroom. Bathroom has big bath tub no glass or curtain for shower so made sure not to splash water. They asked us our breakfast choices so we had scrambled eggs and toast. Staff were helpful. We liked this place. Parking was outside the piazza (about 10 minutes walk) but secure, spacious and easy access (with lift) to the square.

Fantastic property, in beautiful environment

We are travelling all Italy by car over 3 months and this was our favourite stay. Our host was Maurizio and he was most helpful. I hate constant air conditioning and this room had under floor heating and cooling which was perfect. 5 minute walk to great Restaurant, great food, wine and reasonable pricing. Many places to visit close by, and property served great breakfast and covered parking. Fabulous stay, we highly recommend this property.

complicated parking

Great but parking situation very complicated + inconvenient. After finding our way to the hotel (after having to call them because we had to go down streets that said "residents only" she gave us the name of a municipal parking garage, which was 6-7 km away driving... not as far walking back to the hotel.

Struttura elegante e posta in pieno centro storico.

Ho trovato incongruenze tra quanto riportato su Expedia e quanto proposto dall’albergo esempio orario colazione su Expedia 10,30 mattina richiesto dall’albergo 9,45.
