Beautiful hotel with great breakfast & staff

Really beautiful hotel, very friendly staff and amazing breakfast buffet (I only had breakfast booked but it was also no problem to have dinner with a friend there that did not stay at the hotel)! The staff was super friendly and forthcoming and the sauna and pool was very nice! Rooms were beautiful and very modern! Really loved it there and would book again anytime

Personal freundlich, Zimmer super, Essen lecker, Service beim Abendessen sehr aufmerksam und schnell. Einzig und allein der SPA Bereich könnte echt mal ein Update vertragen. Insbesondere das Hallenbad sollte man mal neu fliesen - der Innenpool hatte irgendwelche komischen Flecken am Boden. War nicht einladend. Saunen sind ok, aber auch eher "Old School". SPA Bereich ist auch viel zu klein fĂŒr die Anzahl der GĂ€ste - hier muss man frĂŒh da sein. Aber ist bei allen VAYAs so. Parkplatz auf dem Schotterplatz ist verhĂ€ltnismĂ€ĂŸig weit weg (und mit Anstieg). Man sollte sich um einen Parkplatz im der Tiefgarage oder hinter dem Haus bemĂŒhen.

Unterkunft: sauber, gemĂŒtliches Bett, Kaffeemaschine u. Wasserkocher dazu vorrĂ€tig Kaffeepads u. Teebeutel, BademĂ€ntel, SaunahandtĂŒcher, Shampoo, Duschgel etc. FrĂŒhstĂŒck: sehr schönes Buffet. Abendessen: vielfĂ€ltige Salatbar, jeden Tag 2 verschiedene Suppen mit selbstwĂ€hlbaren Zutaten, danach wurde der Hauptgang serviert und zum Schluss Dessert. Man wĂ€hlt morgens beim FrĂŒhstĂŒck aus drei Optionen (jeden Tag anders FleischmenĂŒ, FischmenĂŒ u. Vegetarisch) seinen Hauptgang. Das Essen war jeden Tag hervorragend fĂŒr den Gaumen und fĂŒrs Auge. Die beiden Pools u. die Textilsauna befinden sich im 1.OG. Der Wellness Bereich (Saunen 85*C, 65*C u. Dampfbad) befindet sich im 4.OG. Aufgrund der recht hohen GerĂ€uschkulisse im Pool (Kinderspass) ist die rĂ€umliche Trennung der beiden Bereiche gut durchdacht. Das einzige was man bemĂ€ngeln muss ist der Ruheraum, er ist zwar schön mit schönem Ausblick, aber leider zu klein, sodass einige Saunabesucher keinen liege oder gemĂŒtlichen Sitzplatz finden konnten. Am Ende muss unbedingt noch das Personal gelobt werden, egal in welcher Funktion, immer hilfsbereit und freundlich. Vielen Dank

Die Bereitstellung von ParkplĂ€tzen auf dem hauseigenen Schotterparkplatz wird mit 8 € pro Tag berechnet; diese Preisgestaltung erscheint im VerhĂ€ltnis zur angebotenen Leistung als ĂŒberhöht. Der Wellnessbereich ist nach meiner EinschĂ€tzung fĂŒr die Anzahl der untergebrachten GĂ€ste nicht ausreichend dimensioniert. Insbesondere besteht ein erkennbarer Mangel an Liegen, was die Nutzungsmöglichkeit erheblich einschrĂ€nkt. Das FrĂŒhstĂŒck ist hingegen als Ă€ußerst gelungen zu bewerten. Die Auswahl ist vielfĂ€ltig, die angebotenen Speisen sind frisch und geschmacklich hochwertig. Die Zimmer und das Personal an der Rezeption sind sehr gut, was man leider vom Personal im Restaurant nicht sagen kann. Beim FrĂŒhstĂŒck kam das Personal fast nicht hinterher. Beim Check-in sagte man uns, dass wir einen Tisch fĂŒr unseren Aufenthalt zugewiesen bekommen wĂŒrden. Wir standen gute 5 Minuten rum und wurden vom umherlaufenden Personal ignoriert - sehr schade. Auch hat uns unser Kellner kaum verstanden und man kann nicht sagen, dass dieser freundlich gewesen sei. Wir entschieden uns daher das Abendessen lieber auswĂ€rts einzunehmen. Die Sauberkeit der Zimmer ist sehr gut.

Het is een mooi hotel. De kamers zijn netjes. Het bed staat tussen 2 kasten in, waardoor je makkelijk aan de kast kan stoten. De bediening is vriendelijk, maar erg gehaast. Er is eigenlijk te weinig personeel. Op een avond kregen we ons drinken pas toen we aan het dessert zaten. De hygiëne is matig. De tafels hebben geen tafelkleed maar een placemat. Door de oneffenheden in het hout, erg moeilijk schoon te houden. Op een avond heb ik een levende kakkerlak onder de placemat gevonden. Dat was echt super vies. De volgende dag kwam de manager excuses maken en aangeven dat maatregelen genomen werden. Maar je verwacht het niet en het was echt heel vies. Het is een 4 sterren hotel, maar het eten vonden we niet echt goed. Veel keus, dat wel. Maar het was het allemaal net niet. Eigenlijk keken de meeste gasten in het restaurant niet vrolijk. Al met al vonden we het hotel onder de maat. Niet slecht, maar wij hebben veel beter gehad.
Tafels van hout met oneffenheden waardoor ze moeilijk schoon gemaakt kunnen worden. Inndie gleuf vond ik een kakkerlak

Levede ikke op til forventningerne.

Jeg syntes ikke at min oplevelse pÄ Vaya hotel var som jeg havde forventet. Det tog for det fÞrste en del tid at tjekke ind. Om det skyldes at personalet var en ny som skulle oplÊres eller om de generelt bare er uerfaren skal jeg ikke kunne sige. DernÊst sÄ havde vi booked et af de bedre vÊrelser (Grand deluxe room) og havde mÄske regnede med en form for "luksus". VÊrelset var der ikke en finger at sÊtte pÄ som sÄdan, men havde mÄske forventet at der fulgte nogen fordele med og ikke sÄsom at fÄ en parkeringsplads lÊngest vÊk fra hotellet som at skulle sidde i et familierum og spise morgenmad. DernÊst var der beskrevet at der var bjergudsigt hvilket jeg er uenig med om man kan kalde det, men det kan man selv bedÞmme ud fra billederne. En lidt uheldigt oplevelse til nÊsten 2000 kr for en enkelt overnatning. MÄske vi har haft for hÞje forventninger, men nok ikke noget jeg vil anbefale til andre.

Die Unterkunft im Ort Aschau bietet ein umfangreiches FrĂŒhstĂŒcksbuffet mit allerlei Speisen. Das Vier GĂ€nge MenĂŒ am Abend war sehr lecker und war abwechslungsreich. Fleisch, Fisch, vegetarisch und Vegan waren als Hauptgang zur Auswahl. Mittwochs gibt es immer ein Grillbuffet. Innen- und Außenpool sowie Sauna sehr modern eingerichtet. Leider ist in der GĂ€stekarte kein Bustransfer inkl. Die Fahrt mit dem Zug oder Bus nach Mayrhofen und zu den umliegenden Speicherseen ist recht teuer und umstĂ€ndlich.
