The room was remarkably clean and all amenities were provided. We really appreciated the complimentary beer, water, wines, chocolates, snacks, and juices. The hotel has a warm and cozy feel perfect for relaxing after a long day on the mountain. As many others state, breakfast offers a delicious spread of Japanese and western options. It was a fun way to get a taste of local milks, cheeses, and mochi during our trip. The staff at the hotel is incredibly cordial, helpful, and well-versed in hospitality. I was impressed when they took our bags to our room for us right at check-in. The rooms are larger than we've ever seen in Japan or stateside. The beds were firm but much more comfortable than expected. You won't regret staying here. Looking forward to visiting again next year!
