The rooms were a bit small than what we experienced in other hotels in Hokkaido, but considered its location and service we find it still at very good value. The Wi-Fi could support normal web browsing but not some live videos. So it's still satisfactory. Doesn't affect much on our experience though, we still think it's a nice stay there.

Great location for tourists who are travelling by public transport and/or driving. Easy access to surrounding restaurants and shops. Staff at check in wasn’t as friendly as one would expect in Japan. Instead, he was rather blunt and rushed. What was worst was there seems to be lice or some insects either in the mattress or on the floor. It bit my roommate’s ankle causing it to swell and itch for a few days. Cleanliness was definitely the biggest issue here.
