施設環境(外内)は他の投稿者が記載している通り。飲屋街の元飲み屋だったであろう建物を改装している為、お部屋に入るまでは少々違和感。お部屋内は綺麗にリフォームしてありちゃんと宿泊施設ですが、窓がないのでラブホテルみたいです。お風呂はシャワーのみ。(シャワー室は2つあり、カーテンで仕切られている仕様)、TVは地上波がみれません(ユーチューブとかアマプラみたいのだけ)。他の方が言っている空調のうるささは特になし。駐車場が心配でしたが、徒歩圏内に沢山あり、困りませんでした。 料金お安いのであまり贅沢は言えませんが、清掃は少々行き届いておらず、キッチンの壁や床に調味料らしき物をこぼしたような物がそのまま固まって残っていたり、冷蔵庫内が霜だらけや、ベット下から丸まったティッシュが出てくる、ベット横にあるミニテーブルがベトベトなどの状態でした。私達は寝るだみたいな形でホテルを使用したのであまり気にせず使用しましたが、宿泊施設もそれなりに楽しみたい方には不向きかもしれません。 一番困ったのが予約後のやりとりがほぼすべてメールで、ところどころたどたどしい日本語や日本語ではない言語での質問、また、細かくなんども送信される為訳が分からず、見落としもしてしまい、とても不便でした。 大人数で格安に宿泊したい方には最適なホテルだとおもいます。

TVのリモコンがあるのですが、TVを付けると地デジが入らずアマプラTVになったのですか、専用リモコンが無く全くTVが見れなかった。 リモコンがないので質問をしようと思ったが全くメールからの問い合わせに繋がらず。なぜ？ 床が冷たく使い捨てスリッパを、持っていけば良かったと後悔しました。 空調の音が、うるさく寝られなかった。

非常に清潔感もあり、快適でした。 窓がないのが残念でしたが、お店をリノベした施設なので部屋の扉から楽しめるものもあり、総合的には高評価です。 駐車場がないですが、近隣の出し入れ自由なところを利用したのでそれほど不便とは感じませんでした。 調理器具や洗濯機、物干しなども揃っているので連泊の方やお子様連れの方には、いいと思います。 飲み屋街のど真ん中ですが、それほどお子様連れでも気にならないかと思います。 一階にセブンもあり、美味しいお惣菜が買えるスーパーもいくつか近隣にあるので無理に外食しなくても楽しめて何かと便利です。 チェックアウト後も使用できる大型ロッカーも助かりました。 ありがとうございました。

大人のみのステイであればいい

全体的には大きな問題はないものの、以前スナックだったところをリノベーションして部屋にしています。そのため部屋に窓はありません。また、民泊フロアはワンフロア全て部屋ですが、ビルのなかにスナックやキャバクラなどがあり、あまり小さいお子さんをつれるにはおすすめできません。大人のみで飲み屋街などにいくには絶好かと思います。あとは駐車場がないので、近隣の駐車場(徒歩5分くらいかけて最大料金かあるところ)を使いましたが、出し入れするとそのぶん金額かかるので、バカにならないなと思います。
