“川側の部屋との連絡を受けていましたが、実際は山側の部屋でした。その旨、伝えましたが、エクスペリアからは川側との連絡は受けていないとの回答があり解決せず、領収書にも川側の部屋との表記があり、エクスペリア側、旅館側どちらの落度かは分かりませんが、なんとなく旅行にケチが付いたような気分になりました。”

“We are a family of four and stayed here for one night. The staff spoke limited English, but they were incredibly friendly and welcoming. We were able to communicate without any problems. This is an older, traditional Japanese hotel. It’s not luxurious, but that’s exactly the kind of authentic experience we were looking for.
