Management and staff are amazing, our room had a amazing view of the mountains, so spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was really nice to it was all fresh and tasty. Thank alot sanna boutique we wish we could stay longer next time

Great view of mt maru

This hotel was definitely too expensive for what we got. The television didn’t work properly, the bathtub flooded, we ran out of hot water when trying to use the bathroom and shower, and wasn’t worth the $150 away paid for it. Had it been half the price, it would’ve been fine. The best thing about it was the wonderful restaurant on the roof that overlooked the city with an epic view of mount Maru. Very nice food, very nice staff.

The staff, the Interior Decor, absolutely worth the VIP Rating. Staying with then the Second Time since they opened and one other thing they have an absolutely amazing Roof Top Restaurant that has the best view of Mount Meru. On Holidays/New Year they have one of the most iconic Fireworks during New Year. They have really raised the Bar. 10/10

Nice view from the terrace, and very spacious rooms. Food was good too. Unfortunately, my bath was covered in dirt. I think it just hadn’t been used in a while. $50 cash deposit on arrival is awkward. 4% charge on card transactions seems odd too. The building itself smelt of stale smoke , the rooms were non smoking though. Overall, wouldn’t return.

Unique and personable hotel!

An amazing experience! Quite a unique and very personalised hotel thanks to the owner Prince. We were impressed with his visions and values which I won’t mention here but do stay here and find out for yourself! Great location,food and attention to detail. All the staff speak English really well. Highly recommend !!

the staff were great. Food at the restaurant was good and the rooms were very spacious and good as well. I never got to understand the TV (I did not ask) and from time to time the Internet was difficulty so I missed a few meetings but it was great overall and I would definitely stay there again.

We had a GREAT experience at Sanna hotel! The location, staff/service, and room were excellent! The staff was very attentive and provided outstanding customer service; they arranged our airport transportation for the next day; also a tuk tuk ride to the Art Gallery & went above and beyond by offering their info so they could arrange our return transportation. We're immensely grateful for all the efforts by Prince to help us resolve the external issues that we experienced with our safari company (unrelated to our stay) and accommodating & expediting our late laundry service request. The room was spacious, bathroom was clean & bed was comfortable.The sunset view from the roof is spectacular! If you're obsessed with sunsets like us, this is definitely the place to watch it. The restaurant staff setup a table for us & we enjoyed wine from the full service bar, while watching the sunset over the city. We didn’t have a chance to try dinner at the restaurant, but had a delicious, made-to-order breakfast. There is also a cafe attached to the hotel and the beverages we had were good. We forgot a few names so didn’t mention any of the staff, but wanted to say THANK YOU to everyone who crossed our paths at Sanna hotel. You truly helped to make our time in Arusha & Tanzania special so we didn’t leave the country with a poor experience, from the Safari company. We look forward to returning for a future stay at Sanna and would highly recommend for your trip to Arusha.

The building that the hotel is located has central air and a casino is on second floor. They allow smoking inside in that casino and it is like a chimney in there. Since the building has central air and smoke raises the smokes goes throughout. The hotel use strong deodorizer to mask the smell but I am allergic to nicotine even if you mask the smell my body react to nicotine. I was sick on my stay here and couldn’t wait to leave this place. The food also sucks, including breakfast. This hotel is not 5 star. The only good thing about this place is the Sanna Coffee.
