Transtorno

Foi feita uma reserva pelo site no periodo de 28 a 1 de julho. Porem ao chegar no hotel fomos informados que nossa reserva era apenas ate dia 30. Pois no dia 1 começa a temporada de pesca e o preço era diferente . Mesmo após mostrar inclusive mensagem com o hotel. Confirmando a reserva. O atendente insistiu que " não pode fazer nada". Que o " sistema liberou errado". Etc. Por fim, para nossa " sorte" havia vaga para focarmos durante a data previamente reservada. Porem a tarifa cobrada foi diferente da do site.

O hotel tem bastante opções de atividades: piscina, tobogã, bicicleta , salão de jogos, lanchonete, etc. O quarto estava ok, toalhas arrumada de limpas, lençóis também. Os funcionários são bem educados. Hotel legal. Voltarei outra vezes.

lugar bom mas q precisa ter regras. Por ex o som na piscina te q ser proibido.Tem o som ambente e clientes levam caixas ,no mesmo dia tinha 3 caixas altissimas,parecia disputa.Ebtao ficou 4 musicas diferentes.Nao dá e o quarto precisa reformas

A estadia teve muitos pontos negativos, a começar pelo quarto não estar limpo às 16:45. O Hotel não é um prédio como dá a entender no site. Por volta de 0:45 do dia 12 chegou um ônibus de excursão e só tivemos paz para dormir às 4 h da manha. No sábado caiu um galho no capô de um dos nossos carros, o gerente não apareceu e ao sairmos recebemos um cartão com o telefone dele. O cartão é falso e o número inexistente. O Hotel Sesi está entre o amador e o desonesto

Lamentável

Contratei uma cama de casal e uma de solteiro, tivemos duas camas de solteiro e uma cama no chão. O Hotel abre p day use. Tinha gente c tornozeleira eletrônica usufruindo do hotel e encarando as mulheres.
