Vacations Close To Arthur R. Marshall Loxahatchee National Wildlife Refuge Visitor Center

Ok the fact we had no desk for check was terrible. I could not check in due to a code for door and room acess never being sent to my email resulted in me not checking for 3hours until I was told about a sister property 3 blocks from where I was stay had to walk in the rain to the siater property for thwm to grant me acess codes to get into my room now at 3am. I wouls likw to be reemburst for that night and day. My TV had no working batteries and once I go batteries the TV volum did not work.

EAST Miami was super nice and clean! Also they were very helpful and accomadating our early arrival and check-in. Centrally located in Brickell. They have 7-11, liquor store, pizza, tacos, burger king, CVS all within 1-3 min walking distance as well as the Center Centre mall right next door with a bunch of stores, and restaurants. Perfect spot!

The property is great. The location is perfect. The room was outstanding. Checkin is an absolute nightmare!!! Took us an hour from arrival to get our room. It's all done online, nobody to greet you. I saw one person in 4 days on the property. Requested fresh towels sent a text message had to send it again 8 hours later. Finally, got our towels.

Just stayed at the Boulan with my husband. Advantages like the pool and lounge chairs on their private beach were amazing. The location also amazing. However i found it to be a bit run down and did not give that luxurious feel the pictures advertised. The lobby had no AC, with deteriorating furniture. The room although spacious was also run down and a bit dirty with stains on the couch, scratches on the doors and dirt on the floor. Overall it has a lot of benefits but the hotel itself did not feel well maintained.
