Vacations Close To Arrow Park Lake and Lodge

Good location

The room was clean and ready each night. The breakfast was beyond belief and the staff were helpful and professional. The location was walking distant from Broadway and great restaurants.

I was so glad to find a boutique hotel in lower Manhattan. Lobby has nice cafe with friendly staff. Balcony king corner room was clean but small for the price. Water, coffee, and tea were the amenities. Problem is paper thin walls. We could hear every word said next door. We were awakened two of the three nights there by loud singing after midnight, and howling laughter and screaming another night. After no response from the security at front desk, only a recording of classical guitar-we gave up. The third night security answered our call after another extended classical guitar recording. They apologized and sent someone up to tell our neighbors to quiet down. This was at 2:15 am. So, I will not stay here again.

Excellent and great customer service

Like a dorm room in a building

Very vintage which was really nice. The bathroom did not have an exhaust fan, nor did the windows open. So after a shower, all of the moisture gets trapped in the room. Made the carpet have a damp feel to it. Lighting was also challenge. Other than that, everything else was great.
