One night stopover, first time in Arras but will definitely won't be the last. Staff were excellent even setting up a seperate table for breakfast in the bar area due to us having a dog.

We had stayed before so I knew the hotel. Our rooms were on 2nd floor across the courtyard which meant the elevator only reached 1st floor. This wasn't a problem for us but some may have difficulty. Nice breakfast. Best to book parking. Only slight downside was that the car park, while very convenient, is a little tight when busy and maneuvering can be tricky. We would stay again.

Very comfortable hotel, good breakfast, easy on-site parking (at extra cost), and with a hotel bar that is actually open and worth sitting in (rare these days). Would love to stay again. Efficient, helpful staff. Excellent location.

Staff very very helpful and friendly, room was good and bed very comfortable. We enjoyed a meal on arriving quite late and tired and breakfast was good. Parking was very convenient, but you do need to book in advance.Overall and excellent stopover to break the journey.

Nicely set back from road and nice Courtyard area. Room was pleasant although the way the bed was situated with the sloping ceilings wasn’t easy getting in and out. Fridge would have been useful. Unfortunately our room was the first so was a bit noisy at times with people walking back and forth. We did however still enjoy our stay.

This is an okay property. A bit lower than Canadian standards, but not bad. The only real complaint was the noise. Just a lot of lound hallway noise and very squeaky floors. Would stay here again. Just not in the same row of rooms with the squeaky floor.

Arrived to be refused admission to car park. Searched in area for a short term parking and walked a distance back to book in. Was then found a parking in the hotel! Young receptionist had no English, this did not matter as I speak French. Rooms small but clean, bathroom cold. Bed comfortable. Restaurant pretty, food not good,. Quennelles had no taste and were in white sauce with apple, the sauce was obviously reheated. The risotto was made with cream, not usual, was tepid and bot appetising. Waiter friendly and helpful but didn’t like it when the food was criticised in response to his enquiry. We should have eaten out.

j'ai réserve sur le site expédia une chambre pour deux avec petits déjeuners l'hotel m'a facturé un petit déjeuner en plus que j'avais payé sur le site en réservant. Dernière fois que je passe par EXPEDIA impossible de les joindre pour leur signaler je réserverai avec Booking que je peux joindre et ou il n'y a pas ce genre de problème. C'est une bonne leçon !!! j'en tirerai les conclusions qui s'imposent
