Magnifique bâtisse qui mériterait une touche de modernité particulièrement au niveau des sanitaires (la chasse d'eau à revoir, très bruyante) et de la salle de bain (pare douche manquant). Nous avons très bien dormi et le petit déjeuner, composé de produits frais et maison -bravo pour les confitures- était bon. Le personnel est charmant et toujours souriant. Très bon accueil

Séjour agréable dans l'ensemble cependant quelques remarques sont à signaler : -climatisation poussive -eau chaude livrée froide -chambre double supérieure accès trop haut 2 étages compliqués à gravir avec les bagages. Réservation emplacement de la chambre non respecté par l établissement. Des travaux de rénovation seraient à prévoir. Personnel à l'écoute mais limité dans ses actions

La chambre ne correspond a la réservation effectuée : - Pas de clim : on nous dit normal A la réception, c’est un petit ventilateur portable pour cette chambre. Je confirme par contre bien profiter du bruit des groupes clim des étages supérieurs - propreté à revoir dans la salle de bain : moisissure est mon ami - Gel douche et shampooing : retour vers le passé : du shampoing en dose type lingette pour les mains et inutile de chercher le savon le premier jour C’est décevant et l’accueil est très limite. Dommage car le cadre est merveilleux

Superbe cadre et hôtel authentique et chaleureux Très bon accueil, malgré une attente à la réception pendant plus de 10 minutes, le réceptionniste étant dans les bureaux arrière. Par contre la restauration n’est absolument pas à la hauteur attendu Table réservé avec précision particulière, non réservée. Homard hyper cuit tout sec, servi avec des frites qui n’en avaient que le noms. Desséchées, dures, gorgées d’huile, elles devaient en être à leur 5 eme cuissons depuis le midi Commande d’une bouteille de Badois jamais apporté. Pas de responsable le personnel courrait de partout, des clients montraient aux serveuses comment ouvrir une bouteille de vin. Tout à revoir sur ce point afin de être à la hauteur du Reseau auquel cet établissement appartient

Séjour très agréable ; chambre confortable . Petit déjeuner buffet très très copieux, toutefois un peu cher (17 euros) à moins que vous n'ayez un appétit d'ogre. Belle piscine appréciable après une balade en ville. A 10 mns d'Uzès mais au calme, à recommander.

Bâtiment historique avec beaucoup de cachet. Accueil très courtois et professionnel. Environs magnifiques et impression de se trouver en pleine nature bien qu'au coeur d'un agréable village. Petit-déjeuner peu fourni en regard du prix (17 euros). Un petit rafraîchissement de notre chambre, située dans la partie d'époque, ne serait pas de trop.

Nous n'y avons passé qu'une nuit mais nous avons été très bien reçus, nous avons tres bien dormi, le petit déjeuner était copieux bien qu'un peu cher à mon goût,le personnel est vraiment très gentil souriant et serviable. Je recommande vraiment cet établissement sans compter que le lieu en lui même est magnifique et très bien conservé.

Great place to relax.

This is a beautiful place to stay in a quiet French countryside. The room was spacious and quiet with a door to the garden and our own table. The food for dinner was just o.k. (not worth the price) and we didn't try the breakfast (thought it too expensive for just meats, cheeses, and breads). But the site was breathtaking in the middle of wine country. Bikes are available to borrow, but we didn't find the safe bike path, only a busy road. Grab a book, sit in the garden, sip on a glass of wine, and let your cares be gone! :-)

Bonjour, Le cadre de l'hôtel est sympa. 2 bémols: - Nous avions sur notre réservation une chambre de 4 lits simples, or nous avons eu une chambre de 3 lits simples. Certes, nous ne sommes que 3 mais la chambre ne correspondait pas à la réservation. - Le petit déjeuner reste basique pour un hôtel 3 étoiles: pas d'œufs brouillés, viennoiseries au mini, seulement des croissants, pas de pain au raisin ou encore de pain au chocolat ou des cakes etc... le petit déjeuner d'un campanile est plus fourni. De plus le 2ème matin, nous sommes arrivés au petit déjeuner à 10h (sachant qu'il est ouvert jusqu'à ,10h30), il n'y avait plus de croissant, plus de salade de fruits et il était impossible d'en refaire, le coin jus d'oranges à été fermé à 10h15!!! Donc ce n'est pas top.
