Try UP! rooftop terrace pools and bar. Amazing

The Hotel is spotlessly clean with every area inside and out cleaned by armies of cleaners/sweepers and gardeners every day. The hotel was recently refurbished in 2021 and so is very modern and fresh. The location is very central in Americas and so within a 10 minute walk you can reach all shops, restaurants, bars and the beaches. The hotel is geared for families with children with slides and a mini water park in the pool area and plenty of activities for them throughout the day. UP! is excellent! Adult only. Rooftop bar, pool and Jacuzzis with amazing views! Its also free food which is top class, free beer and cocktails unlimited all day!!!

We were lucky and our room was a bit of an upgrade on my parents’ room. We had the end of a corridor on 5th floor with a massive balcony so we could enjoy the sunset in a private and quieter environment, but alsowatch all the activities below which suited our holiday. Unfortunately the gym air conditioning did not work, despite their best efforts to fix it

Lovely Hotel in every way.

We are 50's couple. We stayed for 8 nights in this lovely hotel. The beds were comfy, room was big and had a fridge and safe at no extra cost. We had a poolroom view on the 4th floor and the views are great. The breakfast was amazing with large choice of everything. We only ate dinner twice but that was ok with plenty of choices. All the staff we met were nice and helpful. We be back no doubt.

I would recommend this hotel to families in school holidays. It is the complete package. I missed English half term but it was half term in Wales Scotland and Ireland when I arrived. Big mistake! My second week was alot calmer. The adults only pool area is delightful with plenty of loungers, umbrellas and a spa pool. There is a huge variety of food available. The location is perfect for getting about. There was entertainment every night. The only negative was my bed wasn't very comfortable.

Fantastic Bitacora is a win

Hotel Spring Bitacora. Beautiful hotel. Friendly staff. Cleanliness is A*. Travelled: 14th April 2023 We were a group of 6, family, friends and couples ages ranging 17 to 55. We loved the far end adult section with Spa around the pool. If anyone younger than 12 sneaked in the lifeguards within seconds asked them to leave. Bliss. Haha. Entertainment was really good and catered for all. We absolutely loved, 'Rock' night when the bikes came in and we all took advantage of the opportunity to jump on the bikes for a photo. Big up to the bikers for allowing this. What a surprise it was. Everywhere you look there is someone cleaning something. It is reassuring and comforting. They do a splendid job. Food choice was amazing. There really is something for everyone. We appreciated the open cooking stations that had the option of having your food cooked to your liking. English sausages went down a treat at breakfast also. Wine served in the restaurant was of a good quality and even the house wine was palatable. One of our party had an upset stomach for 24 hours. The drinks choice at this hotel is amazing we were All Inclusive and everything even premium drinks and cocktails were included. We would go back to this hotel. It is lovely.

Zimmer waren sehr sauber. Badezimmer sauber und modern. Personal extrem freundlich. Essen mit riesiger Auswahl, viel Abwechslung - immer frisch. Fitnessstudio gut ausgestattet. Toller Spielplatz und viele Spielmöglichkeiten. Friseur im Hotel ist empfehlenswert. Hotel stellenweise etwas in die Jahre gekommen - hier und da wäre eine Instandsetzung oder Reparatur nötig. Aber es wirkt nicht beschädigt oder ranzig. Man merkt, dass Modernisierungen gemacht wurden, aber eben nur 95% und nicht 100%. Wir würden definitiv wieder kommen!

Veldig mye støy ved bassengområdet fra aktivitetene som foregikk ved bassenget, de som ledet aktivitetene ropte inn i mikrofonen og lyden var ekstremt høy, særlig når man satt på balkongen. Måtte bytte rom til høyere opp for det var umulig å sitte på balkongen når disse aktivitetene skjedde, det samme gjaldt veldig høy musikk. På rommet var det glass og krus, men de ble ikke byttet ut med rene eller vasket på de 10 dagene vi var der. Sengene var utstyrt med plastikk laken under de vanlige, har aldri opplevd det tidligere, og det var ikke behagelig. Ellers var renholdet dårlig, kunne ikke se at det var vasket og det var alltid mye rusk og støv på gulvene etterpå.

I was on an all-inclusive package. The room had a great view and fantastic extended sun lounge area with an outdoor shower. These rooms are only at the end of the building on each floor. The food was pretty basic and they way they work on all-inclusive you need, 1. Arm band, 2. Your room card 3. Registration card.....A bit over the top if you’re just sitting at the pool. Staff friendly. Hotel clean.

Good holiday

this hotel is in a great location. Just a seven minute walk to Las Vistas beach. Also the Safari shopping area and the Oasis shopping area are within easy walking distance. Majority of staff very friendly and polite only a couple of exceptions.

The hotel and location were fabulous. The food in the restaurant was the best we’ve had from an all inclusive. Staff were great too. All in all we had a brilliant time. Lovely pool as well. Animation team so happy go lucky and friendly. Will be back

Clean and comfortable hotel.

This was our third stay at this hotel and as with previous stays we felt ease as soon as we checked in. There were a couple of things we were not happy about, one being that after breakfast when we wanted to sunbathe by the pool almost every lounger was reserved with towels. That is not so bad if they were going to be used in the morning, but when lots of them weren't being used until later in the afternoon it seemed wrong that we could only get a lounger on the slope some way from the pool while the ones near the pool were not being used. The other thing we found annoying was that in the entertainment room after dinner it was difficult to get our drinks as the waiters were always so busy.

Enjoyed our stay in the hotel - rooms were clean and modern. Pool area was a bit cramped with the sunbeds. Hotel in ideal location
