Das Hotel war wegen der Corona-Krise geschlossen! Ich musste fĂŒr die eine Nacht auf dem Airport Teneriffa Sud ĂŒbernachten! Gerade in solchen Notsituationen sollte man sich auf ein seriöses Unternehmen wie ebookers verlassen können. Ich bin sehr enttĂ€uscht und erwarte die volle RĂŒckerstattung. Terrible, unless you are there only for partying

Apartments are decent for the price but could do with makeover. Kitchenette poorly equipped. Ok cleanliness even though we were greeted by a cockroach on the first morning. But what makes this absolutely a horrible stay is the noise from the strip of discos across the street. First night of our stay we had an apartment directly facing the street and the noise level was 80-85dB from 10 to 4 in the morning, no way to sleep. Staff was friendly and arranged for us to get another apartment further back which helped a little, at least it was possible to sleep with earplugs. Could not recommend at all, unless you are there to party into the early hours each night, then it's the perfect place.

The problem was we originally had a room at the front but the noise was horrendous so we asked to move to the back. The room was awful no air conditioning the bathroom was stained in the tiny bath the steel fittings were rusty the tiling was chipped the kitchen had been painted but had flaked off i could go on.

Good Value for Money Location

Yes it is noisy at night so if you want a quiet location away from all the bars and clubs then its not the place to stay. If however you do want to be near all the action then its brilliant as its just over the road. Value for money accommodation, so for the amount paid I thought it was great. I also liked the fact each apartment has its own mini roof terrace.

Det var 2 vÄning bungalow med terrass pÄ 3 vÄning. Vi hade havutsikt. Servis var ok. Pool omrÄde fin och mysig. Till havet 5 min. SolsÀng kostade 6 euro. Sand strand. Vi var andra vecka i mars och det var 27°. Det Àr bra att ta med sig öronproppar pga nattklubbar i nÀrheten.

Vinterferie !

Flott vÊrmessig ferie . Boforhold greie ,men trenger oppgradering. Spesielt er vinduer og dÞrer " tite lydtette " -- nÊrliggende natteliv med musikk til kl 04.00 vanskeliggjorde nattesÞvn. Byggearbeider i nÊrliggende bygningsmasse var ogsÄ forstyrrende , musikk -- boring i betong -- hÞylytt roping av arbeidsfolk gjorde avslapping ved egen leilighet vanskelig og slitsom. Hyggelig rengjÞringspersonell !!! Reiser ikke tilbake . Stjerner **.

Horrific

Absolutely horrific- checked out after the first night. Of course we expected some noise being across from the strip- however as there was a significant hole above and around the window it was impossible to block out any of the noise. On reporting to reception we were told that ‘they knew about the hole’ but no offer to fix it or to change us rooms. Save your money. Book somewhere else

L'accueille excellent et trÚs à l'écoute , les chambres spacieuses avec une petite cuisine complÚte qui permet de préparer des plats basiques . Une terrasse agréable avec bain de soleil. Piscine chauffée pour la détente de fin de journée.

Varning för mycket högt störande ljud hela natten!

OuthÀrdligd mycket hög ljudnivÄ mellan klockan 21.30 till 03.30 frÄn nÀrliggande klubbar. Hade bokat 13 nÀtter men stod bara ut i 6 nÀtter pga. den höga teknomusiken. Försökte med alla typer av öronproppar men inget hjÀlpte sÄ vi var tvungna att flytta för att kunna sova. Fick inte tillbaka nÄgon ersÀttning Àven fast chefen hade lovat detta om han skulle kunna hyra ut. Vi checkade inte ut, utan behöll nyckeln till lÀgenheten enligt uppgörelse med chefen att han skulle ringa om han lyckades hyra ut till nya gÀster och dÄ skulle vi överlÀmna nyckeln. Vid besök 3dagar senare sÄ besökte jag hotellet och lÄste upp vÄr lÀgenhet med vÄr nyckel och sÄg dÄ till min förskrÀckelse att lÀgenheten var uthyrd utan att chefen hört av sig. Jag konfronterade dÄ chefen med detta och blev bemött med dÄliga ursÀkter och hot om tillkallande av polis om jag skulle anvÀnda vÄr lÀgenhet. Ingen ekonomisk kompensation erhölls, vilket var mycket dÄligt.

Sehr kleines schmutzes Badzimmer mit kaputter Toilettensitz und dem Boden Auch. Kleines ,nicht fest Bett!. Sauberkeit leider unter 0. Umgebung ist schoen aber sehr zu laut konnten Wir nicht schlaffen,dass wir nechsten Tag sehr muede gewesen. nicht geeignet fuer Leute,die in Ruhe bleiben wollen .

Perfect location, great value for money

Fantastic location, right in the middle of everything, (opposite Veronicas). A bit noisy at night, but nothing i couldn't handle. could do with a bit of money spending on it, but it was great value for the monies spent. you get a lot for your money as well, with the private sun terrace and the communal one. would stay again in an instant, and the staff were really friendly and helpful.

Close to the beach and loud nightlife

Each apartment is on three floors, lounge/kitchen on the ground floor, bedroom and bathroom on the first and a roof terrace; mine had a jacuzzi. The kitchen had a hob, kettle, fridge and microwave. There was a good size TV in the lounge, but the only English channel was CNN. The stairs between each floor are steep and narrow, not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. The bed-linen and towels were clean, although the bed seemed to have a plastic undersheet. The roof had two sunbeds, a table and chairs. There is no air-conditioning, only a fan. The staff were pleasant and helpful, and Shakira the cat was friendly too. The pool is quite small and surrounded by the apartments; although I didn’t use it other residents did, as well as the bar there. The WiFi worked, but was a little slow. The most important point is that it is right by Veronica’s; if you don’t like loud music until 4am, don’t stay here. I didn’t care and slept like a log. It is literally minutes from the beach and a multitude of bars, restaurants and shops. Overall, I had a very pleasant time and would recommend this hotel, with the above caveats.

Mi pareja y yo escogimos este hotel por las reseñas y las opiniones calidad/precio. El hotel necesita un reacondicionamiento, el estado general del mobiliario no es muy bueno. El entorno estĂĄ bien si tu plan es salir de fiesta, ya que se encuentra en pleno epicentro guiri, se escucha la mĂșsica alta hasta las 6 de la mañana todos los dĂ­as, con lo cual si se busca un plan de relax es complicado descansar. A las 10 de la mañana las personas encargadas de la limpieza ya estaban timbrando en la habitaciĂłn, les pedimos si podĂ­an esperar 15 minutos para limpiar nuestra habitaciĂłn y la contestaciĂłn fue que tenĂ­an mucho trabajo. La verdad y pese a que el trato de los trabajadores de la recepciĂłn fue bastante correcto, no repetirĂ­a en este hotel.
