Great location, room cleaned daily. We had a garden view property in Gran Canaria Building, slightly noisy location as sound travelled easily through apartment. Wouldn’t deter me from staying again though.

The Poolarea was beautiful. The room itself was extreme loud until 11pm (a bar direct under the balcony with livemusic/dj everyday). We wouldn't book a citysight room again, because it was way too loud with a child. The beds are also not really comfortable.

We stayed in a refurbished apartment which had excellent facilities including a washing machine. The balcony was brilliant. Very quiet and relaxing resort. Our 4 year loved the kids pool as well as the big pool. Would definitely book again especially for the location. Prices a bit expensive in the resort itself but lots of options close by.

Would absolutely stay again if I went to Tenerife again, which considering the anti tourist demonstration that took place I may reconsider my choice of destination.

Nous sommes très satisfaits de notre séjour, le ménage fait tous les jours et changement du linge de maison à la demande. Personne très serviable et très aimable. Et malgré la barrière de la langue, le personnel fait beaucoup d'effort pour nous renseigner.

Dejligt ophold for familie med småbørn.

Rigtig fint hotel også for en familie. Opvarmet pools og klart det hyggeligste hotel i området. Vi nød vores ophold og omgivelserne. Det eneste vi savnede var bedre madrasser, men det er også det eneste.

Ich würde jederzeit wieder in dieses Hotel kommen. Das Personal ist freundlich, der Poolbereich ist riesig. Man bekommt immer eine Liege. Das einzige, was mich gestört hat war der Lärm von draußen bis ca. 23:30 Uhr, da mein Zimmer an der Straße direkt bei den Bars & Restaurants lag. Ich empfehle, die Fenster isolieren zu lassen. Das Essen kann ich nicht beurteilen, da ich es nicht gebucht hatte. Duschgel oder Shampoo war leider nicht vorhanden, das sollte eigentlich Standard sein bei so einem Hotel in der Kategorie und Größe. Die Küche hatte alles, was ich benötigte. Ein paar Teebeutel wären noch schön gewesen, es waren leider keine auf dem Zimmer.

Rummelig lejlighed. Meget stort soveværelse. Dejlig stor terrasse. Roligt område men boede op af udvendig trappe hvor folk var meget højlydte. Godt pool område. Godt børneområde. Godt voksen sted. Restaurant med almindeligt mad men meget lidt spansk mad. Lidt dyre priser i restaurant og snackbar. Tæt på god badestrand. Kakelakker på værelset. Godt køkken. Savnede mere affaldssortering på fællesområder. Larmende englændere der røg ved pool og spillede højt musik. Tre livreddere tilstede hvilket var betrykkende. Dejligt man kunne have mulighed for bad inden hjemrejse når man havde tjekket ud af værelset.
