Nice all inclusive stay

Great variety of good food all day long, nice pool area and activities to choose from throughout the day. Biggest drawback was the lack of air condition in rooms and the fans in the rooms were not powerful.

Hotel is in a great location. Walking distance to restaurants, pubs and shops. Taxi rank just down the street. Food was also nice. Rooms are spread out well. We had a room on the first floor and heard no noise.

Quite honestly, an all-inclusive hotel is best for families and old people. My wife and I loved this hotel but it was a little more than what we needed or wanted. If you have a family this is great. Hotel staff was really great, I hope theyre being paid and treated well. Food kind of got boring after awhile but like what can you expect?

Typical all inclusive resort. Luckily we got an upgrade to a family room near the sea water lagune. Rooms were good, beds comfortable. Cleaning has ignored our room for three days in the row-we had to remind them to clean. Food was not good at all. We ended up eating out. Really typical 3 stars all inclusive hotel.

Nice reset in good service

Week holiday. Hotel all inclusive, laguna beach apartment. So much choice of food for breakfast, lunch and dinner that everyone could find some tasty bites. Grill restaurant was 4 days closed but we could enjoy one evening and it was delicious. You can grab bottle of wine for dinner included in all inclusive. Swimming pool nice and clean. Laguna pool a bit cold but then quiet. Every night animation programs nice to see siping a drink. Animators are much active, friendly and supportive. Location of the hotel is great. 15 minutes walk to both grey and yellow beaches. Nice commercial area around. Free Parking sometimes difficult but always managed to find a space. Reception staff friendly and good English.

On the expedia website it says it has air-conditioning but when I spoke to staff none of their rooms were airconditioned. So please correct your amenities for club europe. Food is the same everyday. However staff were excellent and cleanliness of the place is superb in all areas.

Nous avons séjourner durant 15 jours dans cet hôtel particulièrement bien situé sur la partie sud de Tenerife (Las Americas). D’un point de vue globale, l’hôtel est agréable, avec de nombreuses animations et de belles piscines. Nous avons toutefois été déçus par le buffet qui n’est pas assez diversifié et les produits ne sont pas de très bonne qualité. Côté chambre, il n’y a pas la clime et cela se ressent énormément la nuit où il fait extrêmement chaud dans les chambres. L’autre point noir, ce sont les cafards qui rentrent constamment dans les chambres. Et qui entrent par les canalisations de la salle de bain. Nous savions que Tenerife est une île où il y a beaucoup de cafards car nous étions déjà venus précédemment. Mais nous en avons eu beaucoup plus dans cet hôtel (piscine, chambre, bar de snack…). Les animateurs et le personnel de l’hôtel ont été très sympas durant tout notre séjours. De nombreuses animations sont proposées pour tous tout au long de la journée. L’autre charme de cet hôtel c’est qu’il propose un espace dédié avec des animaux (cochons d’Indes et perroquets) qui donne une petite ambiance tropicale.

J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet établissement. Les installations sont nombreuses et de qualité (2 piscines dont une d’eau de mer, jeux pour enfants , parc avec animaux,…), le personnel est agréable , l’équipe d’animation est très motivée et propose de belles prestations . Mention particulière aussi pour la nourriture qui est de qualité et variée avec des thèmes différents chaque soir. Je suis parti avec mes enfants qui ont adoré et ne voulaient plus repartir… Il est très bien situé , à proximité de nombreuses activités. Le seul petit bémol est parfois la difficulté de trouver une place rapidement près de l’hôtel, mais ça n’a pas été plus dérangeant que ça . Je recommande vivement

Hotellet var hyggeligt, med mange små oaser med pools, dyr og virkelig flot anlagt med træer og planter. Personalet var imødekommende og hjælpsomme. Det er meget højlydt i spisesalen, og det var på trods af at det var udenfor højsæson. Deres underholdning om aftenen var ok, men var for højlydt selv på hotelværelset lidt væk.
