The rooms were quite large. Parking in a secure underground lot was easy and convenient. The breakfast provided was fine but nothing special. The common areas could be cleaner. We had no TV in the room for 2 of the 3 days we were there. The shower drained poorly and caused the wash room to flood; after it was serviced it was fine.

The room size was fantastic great stay luggage storage great before and after check in. Big issue made about bar and or restaurant tab being aggregated with my room tab i did not wish it to be so and I had my way Recommended

Cutting corners

The staff put in one of the four rooms on the fifth floor. The clerk keyed our room card incorrectly, so we had to return to the lobby and swap 2 elevators to go up. Only given 1 keycard. Hairs on our comforter. Only 2 coffee machine pods. No bath mat for a shower without a door. The room was otherwise ok. Water hot.

Die zentrale Lage war fßr uns von Vorteil. Auch die Tiefgarage fßr 10 Euro je Nacht war sehr gut, da wir Fahrräder mit hatten und diese dann in der Garage auf dem Fahrradständer sicher abstellen konnten. Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Great room for three people. Friendly staff. Arnhem is lovely town, easy to walk around and with good public transport. The hotel is almost next to John Frost Bridge. A short bus ride to the Airborne Museum. Near to the cathedral.
