Fantastic hotel & the most lovely staff

I had a fantastic stay. My room was so gorgeous. I really enjoyed the balcony. The whole hotel is stunning. The breakfast is great and it’s such a speacila spot to start the day with that view! Highly recommend. The girls on reception were really wonderful.

The staff were very accomodating, approachable and provided great customer service. The only complaint I have is there was no hot water in the lavatories; the shower was fine and provided hot water.

We had a nice stay, a part of the hotel seems to be under renovation, but our suite at the 5th was very well equipped. For breakfast we looked out for another cafetaria. The wifi was too weak to see videos on my Ipad and the signal for the tv was not working neither.

Below average, dirty sheets and towels

It's a low cost hotel, with below average quality. The towels were stained, the pillow smelled like sweaty armpit, it was gross. I asked for the pillow cover to be replaced and saw mold on the nasty pillow. The breakfast options were very limited. On site covered parking was a plus but there is no security personnel. Location was central to main town streets.

Lamentablemente mi estancia en este hotel no fue lo que esperaba. La habitación era algo incómoda: el colchón no permitía descansar bien y el mobiliario se notaba viejo y poco funcional. Además, el ruido fue constante tanto desde la calle como entre habitaciones, lo que dificultó mucho el descanso, incluso durante la noche La ubicación es buena y el personal fue amable, pero estos aspectos no compensan la falta de comodidad ni el mal aislamiento acústico.
