La mujer que prepara el desayuno es un encanto, te consigue todo lo que quieras y está siempre atenta a ayudarte. El mantenimiento de la cabaña es pésimo: * las toallas son MUY viejas, se ve a través de ellas y raspan mucho. * las puertas de la habitación (la de entrada y la del balcón) están llenas de carcoma. * la WiFi y la TV no funcionan bien. No funciona el datafono. * la piscina no está limpia. * la cama es incómoda. * el flujo de agua en la ducha es intermitente, y el agua caliente se acaba. * no hay armarios ni mucho sitio para dejar tus cosas. * el lavamanos no está anclado a la pared.

Casa nostra es un conjunto de casas agradables, está bien ubicada cerca de panaca, es tranquila, la habitación limpia y el servicio bueno. El desayuno nos gustó mucho.

el sábado estaban celebrando una boda en el salon de eventos, cuando hicimos el check-in nos dijeron que a las 12 o 12:30 terminaban, estuvieron con música hasta las 2am, el domingo celebraron un cumpleaños en el salon de eventos otra vez con música a muy alto volumen, hable con el dueño y quitaron la música temprano. Si no hubiera sido por la boda habría sido una gran estadía. Ibamos con mi bebe de 18 meses, y durmió muy mal, el domingo fuimos a Panaca y mi peque durmió casi todo el día, así que no disfrutó del parque. El desayuno estuvo muy bien, la habitación, la piscina, en general todos los servicios muy buenos. Me hubiera gustado que antes de ir me hubieran informado que realizaban eventos y que ese día tenían una boda.

A pesar de la dificultad que tuvimos al no darnos la habitación que solicitamos, solucionaron de una buena manera con las habitaciones que nos dieron, estamos súper agradecidos con las personas que nos atendieron, el señor Never, su esposa y la señora que nos atendió en el desayuno lo hicieron con gran armonía y calidez, son excelentes personas, y muy limpio el lugar y muy bonito, lo recomendamos!!!
