“I liked the set up and the amenities even though I didn’t stay long enough to use them, knowing there was a pool on site and a gym will definitely help me decide to book here again. The pub opened late which was great . And the breakfast had lots of options which is always good. All in all a wonderful stay .”

“Set on a working farm in beautiful countryside with far reaching views. The property was lovely & clean & contained everything needed for a relaxing stay. A very comfortable bed, a lovely shower with plenty of hot water & the property was lovely & warm. There was plenty if onsite parking. “My wife and I stayed here for one night 20-8-26, the place is really easy to find, located in a village out in the countryside a few miles from Carlisle. Everything about the place is great, the food, the beer, the location and car parking. Best of all are the staff, really friendly and helpful.
