Great service and a high quality breakfast

We were in Memphis for a single night stay and had a great all around experience. What stood out especially was the high quality service from the front desk on arrival and departure, and the high quality breakfast service being provided. Sometimes breakfast service in this category can be executed in a very non-inspiring way, but your team was right on top of things with tasty food, fast replenishment during a busy service load, and friendly engaging service like they really like their jobs and care for the clientele.

This was our 1st stay at this property. Very clean, well-appointed, great staff. Our only complaint was that there are very few dining options close by, especially with a Monday night stay. Obviously, not the hotel's fault!
