Beautiful building with a gorgeous flowering almond tree on the front terrace. The sound of the Tech river from my balcony is magic. Excellent bed and linens. The breakfast is good (11 Euros) but the tea and coffee are awful due to the chlorinated water. "Ambient music" in the reception area, bar and dining room is annoying noise. Very friendly service.

The solution was very simple, but the guy who works at the reception was very grumpy. We've been in many french chateaux but this one is far from autentic and urgently needs refurbishing. Rooms are big but cold,the hallway is even more depressing with dirty carpets and the outside of the hotel needs painting. If you're looking for a romantic hotel, look for other options. On a positive note, the staff is very friendly and the river next to the hotel is nice. To have a ( warm ) diner, you need to take the car, hotel only serves cold meals and snacks.
