The room was fine for what I paid for it. The three major dings were the mattress - without a doubt the lumpiest hotel mattress I've ever slept on; the showerhead was so high that when it was turned on all that got wet was the top of my head; and the only bus line that ran near the hotel only came by once per hour. But if you have a car, aren't too picky about your showers as long as there's good pressure and the water is hot and don't need a smooth mattress then it's a perfectly fine place to stay.

The property was located in the box shop suburbs of Arles, a distance away from the centre of town. Transport was limited, and the surroundings were dirty and run down. The hotel itself was average and the room was hot. The positive side was that the staff were all warm and friendly and very helpful.

Nous avons eu des bouchons sur l'autoroute. Et nous allions arriver en retard jai prevenu l'hôtel qui nous a repondu sans remort qu'ils fermaient et qu'ils nous recevraient pas. J'ai repondu par mail que j'allais dormir dehors avec deux enfants handicapés. Aucune reponse. En clair ils s'en foutent et c'est pas leur probleme donc niveau humanité c'est une catastrophe et pour 80 euro merci mais plus jamais
