No better place than an airport terminal hotel for that early flight. This place is a two minute walk to the Lufthansa counters. A pretty good selection of restaurants as well a minute from your hotel room door.

This airport hotel was very convenient for an early morning flight. We also took a train from the Central Station (directly across the walkway from hotel) to Uppsala in the afternoon. The staff were helpful and the hotel was very clean.

Clean room, good breakfast (we paid extra as it was not included). We attempted to have dinner in the hotel restaurant, but after waiting about 15 minutes for a waitress, we gave up and ate at the nearby McDonalds. The restaurant was short staffed and seemed frazzled, even though they weren't busy.
