“Lovely place. This is a rustic place in the middle of nowhere and is fantastic! Worth all the travel. Staff were amazing. Food was superb. I had the giant Yorkshire pudding with beef bourginon. My room was lovely and the bed comfortable. A very welcoming place even for a single traveller like me. I’m definitely going back at some point! Brilliant”

One small problem - the room lighting was not very bright during the night time. The food was excellent and the staff were great. “We just stayed four nights at this hotel. We enjoyed the location of the property—not to far from Leyburn, Hawes, or Grassington. Good location for short and long walks or hikes. You can walk to the falls from the hotel, and there are footpaths if you want to walk to all three falls. That was fun. Just a quick drive to visit Bolton Castle—worth the visit. We enjoyed the breakfasts—nice selection of pastries, cereals and fruit. And, the selection of hot items on the breakfast menu was...

“Sorry to give such a bad rating because the hotel was fine. The issue was a wedding that had a loud disco and noisy drunk guests until midnight. I only got to sleep properly about 1am and was shattered for the next 2 days, it was a long drive there and back to get to the hotel and I was on a paid course so not a good experience.”
