“Still brand new. Spotless and modern. Manager Linda (who speaks great English) and support staff were caring in every way, efficient, helpful. Breakfast was large and varied the 3 days I was served. No laundry facilities but literally a 4 minute walk away is a laundry service where a lady did all but fold for me. Location is about a 25 minute walk to the central square, museums...but safe. Would definitely stay there again. Deb”

“ホテルの目の前にコンビニがあり、買い物に便利で、とても助かりました。お部屋は広く、清潔感があり、快適に過ごせました。ただ、1日目の22時頃、シャワーのお湯の出が悪く、フロントに問い合わせたところ、「全館同じ状況なので仕方がない。時間をあければ出るかもしれない」とのこと。結局、1時間ほど待って、ようやくお湯が出ました。他の部屋でシャワーを使う時間帯と重なると、お湯の供給や水圧が弱くなるのかもしれません。そこで2日目は、少し早めの20時頃にシャワーを浴びることにしたところ、すぐにお湯が出たので、急いで入浴しました。モンゴルではホテルの水圧やお湯の安定供給について、こうしたことも珍しくないのかな？という印象です。”

“This hotel is very nice. The breakfast is EXCELLENT with a dedicated egg station where you could choose omelettes or whatever kind of eggs you wanted them to prepare on the spot. The hotel offers currency exchange, but I was unable to convert my Mongolian back to USD, so I would recommend doing just a little at a time. Most places, except a few museums, take CCs anyways. (I did manage to change my currency back at the airport.) I loved that this hotel offered early check in as we arrived around...

“Stayed there for 15 nights as a female solo traveller. Breakfast was super delicious, the people there were super friendly and I was always welcomed by a happy smile. Never used a taxi and always walked to the city center as it’s only about 1.5 km. Would recommend it and stay there myself again.”

“I booked this hotel because it offered 24 hour free shuttle pickup (it does not), and also because it says pets are welcome (they are not). After waiting outside the airport looking for a shuttle, since I never received an email back, I went to the airport CS desk and someone called the hotel for me since I did not have an ESIM yet. “The whole place is very clean and is located so close to the square that its easy to walk to most places from there. I feel terrible I didnt get anyone's names but the family who runs the guesthouse is great. Everybody was so helpful, kind, and made me feel at home. Its a great place and the people who run it are even better.”
