The staff at El Fundidor were very friendly and went out of their way to assist with various queries and an early check in even before we had requested one. Breakfast had enough variety and was delicious at a very approachable price. Only issue was the elevator that did not work for a few hours each day that we were there. Will definitely stay again.

Excellent hotel

We arrived early morning and was able to check in early. I was able to email them prior to arrange it. Check in was quick and easy. The service was excellent and the room was clean and bed was comfortable. The room was cold since there was no central heat but we were fine with just bundling up. Our room had a refrigerator and waters. The shower was nice and warm. They offered free breakfast and it was cooked to order. They were very thoughtful and even made me a birthday crepe. When we had early excursion and departure they made us some bagged snacks. It made such a difference and we were so grateful. I felt safe at hotel. The front door is usually locked during business hours and staff can look outside with a camera. Laundry service was done in expected time frame. Everything was excellent. I only have two recommendations. I suggest stronger and bigger laundry bags. Our room was right above the bar and during the night all we could hear is the music and bass. If there was any way to have the bar below move their speaker so that it isn’t on their ceiling it would make such a difference. We visited the bar and figured out why it was so noisy. We were tired and had ear plugs so we were able to sleep but it can definitely impact someone’s stay. Overall, the hotel stay was excellent.

Overpriced!

Mi mayor crítica es acerca de la calidad de control en la limpieza. Nos quedamos dos noches y claramente no reponen los amenities básicos como algodón, ni shampoo. Tuvimos una habitación con jacuzzi que ni siquiera tenía burbuja de baño. La luz del cuarto es blanca no es cálida y apenas llegamos al cuarto notamos un cajón lleno de caramelos en una bolsa que ya estaba abierta y una bolsa de Lavanderia cochina.
