Very friendly and accommodating staff. They allowed us a couple extra hours at checkout, to work better with our travel schedule. At night with the windows open, there was a fair amount of noise from the city center, but you will have that with any hotel close to the center.

Al llegar fuimos recibidos por la gerente del hotel y no fue muy amable con nosotros. Por los demás trabajadores del hotel el trato fue cordial especialmente por la Sra que trabaja en comedor fue muy amable. Recepción necesita más coordinación a la atención de los huéspedes.

Solo estuve 2 días, en general es un buen hotel, cómodo, ambientes grandes, precio razonable, la comida de su restaurante buena. Lo único malo es la atención de recepción del turno de día, un señor cuyo trato debería mejorar, a comparación del señor de la noche, donde se nota la diferencia. Finalmente, al hacer la reserva, hoteles.com indicó que estaba incluido el taxi del hotel al aeropuerto, pero en el hotel me indicaron que no.

einfache Hotel mit guter Lage

ideale Lage in Arequipa da nahe am Hauptplatz, dafür natürlich nicht super ruhig in der Nacht aber ok. Personal war sehr engagiert und nett, so das wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Das Hotel wird auch von vielen Einheimischen die über das Weekend aus Puno zum Ausspannen in die schönen Stadt kommen benutzt. Grundsätzlich ein gutes Zeichen für das Hotel, aber bedeutet halt auch, das es einen eher einfachen Standard hat. Wie auch immer, uns hat es gut gepasst und wir würden wohl wieder dort hin gehen.

El hotel en general bien, sin lujos y comodo. Sin embargo califico mal a este hotel por el servicio de Taxi al aeropuerto el cuál fue programado a una hora muy temprano por la mañana, y el Taxi no apareció a la hora acordada, y los empleados del hotel no tiene respuestas rápidas para solucionar el tema.
